| The very elegant and charming Locanda dello Spuntino Hotel is situated in the historic centre of Grottaferrata, within metres of the age-old St. Nilo's Abbey. During the sixties, the Fortini family utilised their grandfather Aclide's cellar to open the Taverna dello Spuntino, a restaurant which inspired the entire family, third generation included. The hotel was later created to complete the high level of hospitality and service offered.
